Meg understands the value of collaborating with the families, schools, and other professionals helping their clients, and enjoys teaching adults how to best support the young people in their lives.

Meg’s therapeutic style is a strengths-based, trauma-informed, person-centered approach that is neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming. They are guided by a philosophy of unconditional acceptance in work and in life. Validation, safety, trust, humor, and authenticity take priority in Meg’s sessions.

In their free time, Meg enjoys art, writing, yoga, playing video games, being in nature, traveling, and spending time with family.
